All credit to Airborne Rescue and Evacuation Unit 669. Meet them on the battle field, extraditing injured soldiers irrespective of the danger. In peacetime, they rescue injured civilians including lost hikers. In acknowledgement of their courage and determination – and their logo - they are admiringly called “Cats” or “Flying Cats”.
